My friend Janet, a talented artist, wrote and asked if I would photographer her Los Angeles wedding. I of course said yes, and as we were making plans I got a surprising update from her.... "What if we eloped in Scotland... would you want to come?" I packed my bags and next think I knew I was in Melrose, Scotland. Janet and Brian got married at the beautiful Melrose Abbey and stayed in the nearby Cloister House.
